Return policy

OUR RETURN POLICY

Of course we want you to love your purchase....but if you don't, we are happy to accept returns on new, unused items that are in their original condition and free of pet hair.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  We require that all merchandise be returned within 10 days from the date that we issue your RA#. If RA requests or returned merchandise falls outside of this time frame, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange. Please note that item(s) returned without an RA# will not be accepted. We will send those item(s) back at your expense. 

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Send an e-mail to andy@doggystylenyc.com with a brief explanation of your return/exchange. Please include your order number.

Once your return is authorized by DoggyStyle,nyc, you will receive an RA#. 

Non-sale merchandise may be returned for exchange, refund or store credit.

Dog tags are customized and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or just prefer a different color, please contact andy@doggystylenyc.com. Once we receive the items back and have deemed them re-sellable we are happy to assist you with your exchange. You will be responsible for shipping charges of the exchanged items. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
