About the shop....

DoggyStyle,nyc opened its doors in 2001. After only 2 months we outgrew our small space...apparently the dog business was about to explode! While other shops opened and stocked dresses & tutu's, we took a different road. We opted to stock the shop with only chic & made to last gear from small companies. We've never wavered from that and almost daily hear "this is the most curated collection of dog products I've ever seen" or "I still have the dog tag you sold me 10 years ago".

After about 2 years we realized that grooming would be the perfect compliment to the retail business. The first groomer we hired over 20 years ago is still working here today. Our other awesome groomer has over 25 years of experience and has been with us more than 15 years.

I'm really proud of the neighborhood/vibe shop we've created. It's not easy having a brick & mortar business in NYC, but DoggyStyle,nyc continues to deliver the most curated selection of quality products that you won't find everywhere else. After almost 25 years of being in business, I'm happy to offer a few of our locally handmade products here. If you can't make it to the shop, we can ship items to you.
